I wanted to tell you that Cooper just wrote a blog about meeting a pack of German Shepherds and a doggie shrink who worked with him to over come issues caused by being taken away from his litter too early. Keep singing the praises of waiting until puppies are over eight weeks old. I suspect that a lot of problem dogs on the humane society’s death row are the result of behavior issues revolving around getting them as puppies too young.

Too many dogs are being sold by breeders (mainly BYB - Back Yard Breeders) too young, and without proper medical histories taken into consideration.
